REMINDERS TO CLIENTS

Re: Recruitment & Deployment of Filipino Workers

To enable us to deploy our requisitioned workers, we will ask you to submit to us certain documents that are required by our government’s regulatory agency, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), as a requirement for the recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers overseas. These are:
  1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Recruitment Agreement (RA)
  2. Model Employment Contract (MEC)
  3. Job Order or Manpower Request
  4. Commercial Registration or License
Please take note that documents No. 1 to 4 need authentication/verification by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate nearest to your office. The verified documents are to be mailed back to us, so the came could be submitted to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), for registration of your company as a Foreign Principal.
